Shiitake S75 strain on agar. Ships as wedge in sterile microcentrifuge tube. Grain or sawdust spawn can be arranged for local trade only. Right now I've decided that my shiitake plates are a little old, so I'm growing out some more. Should be ready to ship by September 23.
