Permalinkkabocha listing shows a 2 week (11 days) lifespan but a first harvest in 22 weeks. 2 weeks is naturally too short.

https://www.growstuff.org/crops/kabocha/plantings?all=1 - there's been a handful of plantings, https://www.growstuff.org/plantings/corvi-stone-hill-plot-kabocha-c6c211fe-075f-4086-9457-0a250a6a9af3 I think is the one throwing it off.
I suspect when your harvest comes in, the data will get a bit better!
