uh… is this mosaic virus? does that explain why I can never grow beans here?
Of 8 planted, 2 still survive.
EDIT: Found a couple more that are still alive hiding under some celery when I thinned the celery. Also, a couple of them suddenly took off like crazy this weekend. Like, grew a foot. Maybe this is actually happening?
Got a good crop and some seeds. Planted again 2015; the ones in the main garden didn't sprout but the ones in the new part of the garden are doing well. They just finished flowering and I'm leaving the last beans on to get more seeds.
