French tarragon, planted in hanging boxes from back porch railings. Purchased from Garden Harvest Supply (www.gardenharvestsupply.com). I love fresh tarragon! I used to hate the powdery dried stuff and thought I hated tarragon, until I tried it fresh one day. My favorite way to eat it is in chicken salad (with grapes and mayo and a teeny bit of mustard), or in a cream sauce over chicken.
