I tend the gardens at Château Evermore. In addition to very established perennial herb plantings (chives, Chinese garlic, orange mint, chocolate mint, spearmint, Greek oregano, elephant lemongrass, rosemary), we have several several fruit trees (blood oranges, kumquats, Valencia oranges, pomegranates, kadota figs, Meyer Lemons, pink and yellow grapefruit, a couple varieties of grapes). I am also dabbling in hydroponics.
