Notes
A piece of ginger I'd bought to make ginger beer with and forgotten had started to sprout, so I planted it in a pot near the turmeric. It grew well and stayed leafy for the summer but died off over winter 2013 (as expected in this climate). Waiting to see if it will reawaken when the warmth returns.
